• "Client" refers to any individual or entity that uses our Service.
• "Content" refers to text, graphics, images, and other materials.
• "Project" refers to any design work commissioned through our Service.

2. Services Offered

Designed by Batoul provides the following services:

• Logo design and branding
• Social media graphics and templates
• Print and packaging design
• Other graphic design services as agreed

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Project Requirements

Clients must provide:

• Clear project briefs and requirements
• Timely feedback during the design process
• All necessary brand assets and information

3.2 Content Ownership

Client warrants that any materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Western Union
• Wish Money
• Other methods as agreed

4.3 Project Commencement

For projects under $40 → 100% upfront payment

Work begins only after receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 50% of total project fee).

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership Transfer

Upon full payment, clients receive:

• Full copyright ownership of final designs
• All necessary source files
• Commercial usage rights

5.2 Portfolio Rights

Designed by Batoul retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Work Process & Policies

My Role

• Deliver creative concepts and final designs based on your brief
• Respect agreed deadlines (if feedback/content is provided on time)
• Offer a set number of revisions as part of the package

Client Role

• Provide all needed content (text, images, brand details) before starting
• Share clear and timely feedback (within 2–3 days)
• Approve or request revisions within the revision limits
• Respect the payment schedule

7. Payment Terms

• For projects under $40 → 100% upfront payment
• For projects $40 and above → 50% deposit upfront, balance due on final delivery
• Work starts only after payment is received
• No final files will be shared before full payment

8. Usage Rights

• Final designs belong to you after full payment
• I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio/social media unless agreed otherwise
• Unused concepts remain my property and may be reused in future projects

9. Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins
• If you cancel after completion, full payment is required

10. Revisions and Approvals

Our standard process includes:

• 2 rounds of revisions per project phase
• Additional revisions billed at hourly rate
• Final approval required before file delivery

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
